  • Buffet Breakfast will be available from Day 2 till Day 11 and Buffet Dinner will be available from Day 1 till Day 10.
  • The Bikes will be provided from Day 2 in the morning till Day 10 in the evening.

  • Services of an Experienced Road Captain and Motorbike Mechanic from Day 2 in the morning till Day 10 in the evening.
  • Services of the backup seat in a vehicle for a group of more than 10 motorbikes are restricted for exigencies 11.
  • First Aid Medical Kit and Oxygen Cylinder at dispersal with the Road Captain.
  • Facility to carry luggage in a separate vehicle restricted to 1 Rucksack/Duffle Bag of 60 Litres per Traveller (kindly refer to the schedule of charges for additional luggage).
  • Pre-booked Luxury Semi-sleeper Volvo Seats for travellers from Delhi to Manali on Day 0 (Zero).
  • Online Certificate on successful completion of the trip

Exclusions

  • Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips, and Table Drinks, etc.
  • Any type of Insurance - Medical, Accidental, and Theft.
  • Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions”.
  • Pick-up or Drop - Airport, Railway station, or Bus Stop.
  • Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
  • In case Motorbike is dropped on the way - The cost incurred to transfer/tow, vehicle servicing or maintenance cost.
  • Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions.
  • Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike, if in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.
  • Parking, Monastery, and Monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  • Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control Additional accommodation/food cost incurred due to any delay.
  • Applicable GST.

  • Mobile Network: Only postpaid connections of Jio, Airtel, and BSNL work in the Ladakh region.
  • Breakfast on Departure Day: Availability of breakfast on the final day depends entirely on your departure timing.
  • Clothing & Gear: Carry sufficient warm clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for high-altitude terrain.
  • Luggage Recommendation: Limit your luggage to 60 liters, as you may need to carry it to backup vehicles, hotels, or camps.
  • Rate Variations: Prices are subject to change based on services or hotel modifications.
  • Any cost difference resulting from itinerary amendments, change in guest count, or hotel upgrades will be borne by the client.
  • Hotel Availability: Accommodations are subject to availability.
  • In case a particular hotel is unavailable, a property of similar standard will be arranged.

Itinerary

Day 0Delhi to Kullu Manali | Overnight Volvo Journey (6,700 ft | 540 KM | 14–15 hours)

Kick off your Leh Ladakh bike tour package as you board a Volvo from Delhi to Manali after 5 PM. This overnight Himalayan road trip marks the beginning of your incredible Ladakh adventure.

Day 1Arrival & Acclimatization in Manali (6,700 ft)

Arrive in the hill town of Manali, a popular gateway to the Leh-Ladakh road trip. Check into your campsite or hotel and rest to acclimatize. Visit Hadimba Devi Temple and Manu Temple, two must-see cultural spots in your Manali sightseeing itinerary.

Day 2Kullu Manali to Jispa / Billing (10,498 ft | 110 KM | 3–4 hours)

Start your journey into Lahaul Valley via the stunning Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel—both highlights in any bike trip to Ladakh. Reach Jispa/Billing and check into your Swiss Camps surrounded by Himalayan serenity.

Day 3Jispa to Sarchu via Bara-lacha La Pass (14,100 ft | 90 KM | 3–4 hours)

Cross the exhilarating Baralacha La Pass, pass Zingzing bar and Darcha, and stop by Suraj Tal
and Deepak Tal—two of the most picturesque lakes in Ladakh. Spend the night at your Sarchu
campsite, a popular high-altitude pitstop on the Manali to Leh route.

Day 4Sarchu to Leh via High Mountain Passes (11,562 ft | 250 KM | 6–7 hours)

Travel through Nakeela Pass, Lachulung La, More Plains, and Tanglang La Pass—some of the
highest motorable roads in Ladakh. Arrive in Leh, the cultural capital of Ladakh, and check in for
the night.

Day 5Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (10,000 ft | 160 KM | 5–6 hours)

Begin your ride to Nubra Valley, known for its cold desert landscape. Cross the legendary Khardung La Pass, among the world’s highest motorable roads. Visit Diskit Monastery and optionally enjoy a Bactrian camel safari at Hunder Sand Dunes.

Day 6Nubra Valley to Turtuk Village & Return (9,850 ft | 196 KM | 8–9 hours)

Take a scenic ride to Turtuk Village, a lesser-known jewel near the India-Pakistan border and once part of Baltistan. Enjoy cultural experiences and sweeping views of the Karakoram Range, including distant glimpses of K2. Return to Nubra for the night.

Day 7Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso via Shyok River or Wari La (14,000 ft | 160 KM | 7–8 hours)

Take the lesser-known but stunning Shyok River route or adventurous Wari La Pass to reach Pangong Lake—the iconic, color-shifting lake featured in movies like 3 Idiots. Explore the tranquil lakeside before settling into your campsite.

Day 8Pangong Tso to Leh via Chang La Pass (11,600 ft | 160 KM | 5–6 hours)

Ride back to Leh via Chang La Pass, known for its steep gradients and breathtaking views. En route, visit the Druk White Lotus School (Rancho School), Shey Palace, and Thiksey Monastery.

Day 9Leh to Kargil via Lamayuru & Drass Memorial (8,780 ft | 240 KM | 6–7 hours)

Travel from Leh to Kargil, stopping at Lamayuru Monastery, Fotu La Pass, and Tiger Hill. Pay respects at the Drass War Memorial, a tribute to the 1999 Kargil War. Overnight stay in Kargil.

Day 10Kargil to Srinagar via Zoji La & Sonmarg (5,200 ft | 220 KM | 6–7 hours)

Ride through the lush Zoji La Pass and into the alpine beauty of Sonamarg, often called the Mini Switzerland of India. Arrive in Srinagar by evening.

Day 11Departure from Srinagar

Enjoy your final breakfast before checking out. Depending on your flight schedule, take time to explore Dal Lake or shop for local handicrafts before concluding your Ladakh to Kashmir bike tour.

0 to 15 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

Bookings made within 15 days of travel: No rescheduling or modifications allowed.

For Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel-Specific Bookings: No modifications or rescheduling permitted. Standard cancellation policy applies.
