  • Buffet Breakfast will be available from Day 2 till Day 12 and Buffet Dinner will be available from Day 1 till Day 11.
  • The Bikes will be provided from Day 2 in the morning till Day 11 in the evening.
  • Bike permits and Inner Line Permits for all travellers.
  • All Permits for the highest motorable passes in the world - Khardung La and Chang La.
  • Fuel will be provided as per the route mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Services of an Experienced Road Captain and Motorbike Mechanic from Day 2 in the morning till Day 11 in the evening.
  • Services of the backup seat in a vehicle for a group of more than 10 motorbikes are restricted for exigencies 11.
  • First Aid Medical Kit and Oxygen Cylinder at dispersal with the Road Captain.
  • Facility to carry luggage in a separate vehicle restricted to 1 Rucksack/Duffle Bag of 60 Litres per Traveller (kindly refer to the schedule of charges for additional luggage).
  • Pre-booked Luxury Semi-sleeper Volvo Seats for travellers from Delhi to Manali on Day 0 (Zero).
  • Online Certificate on successful completion of the trip.

Exclusions

  • Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips, and Table Drinks, etc.
  • Any type of Insurance - Medical, Accidental, and Theft.
  • Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions”.
  • Pick-up or Drop - Airport, Railway station, or Bus Stop.
  • Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
  • In case Motorbike is dropped on the way - The cost incurred to transfer/tow, vehicle servicing or maintenance cost.
  • Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions.
  • Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike, if in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.
  • Parking, Monastery, and Monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  • Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control Additional accommodation/food cost incurred due to any delay.
  • Applicable GST.

  • Mobile Network: Only postpaid connections of Jio, Airtel, and BSNL work in the Ladakh region.
  • Breakfast on Departure Day: Availability of breakfast on the final day depends entirely on your departure timing.
  • Clothing & Gear: Carry sufficient warm clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for high-altitude terrain.
  • Luggage Recommendation: Limit your luggage to 60 liters, as you may need to carry it to backup vehicles, hotels, or camps.
  • Rate Variations: Prices are subject to change based on services or hotel modifications.
  • Any cost difference resulting from itinerary amendments, change in guest count, or hotel upgrades will be borne by the client.
  • Hotel Availability: Accommodations are subject to availability.
  • In case a particular hotel is unavailable, a property of similar standard will be arranged.

Day 0Delhi to Kullu Manali | Overnight Volvo Journey

Begin your Leh Ladakh bike trip by boarding a luxury Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali after 6 PM. This overnight journey is the start of your thrilling Himalayan road trip—make sure you’re packed and ready for the ride!

Day 1Arrival & Acclimatization in Manali

Arrive in Kullu Manali, check into your pre-booked camp or hotel and acclimatize to the mountain air. Visit the famous Hadimba Temple and Manu Temple nestled amidst scenic surroundings. Join the tour orientation session followed by a delicious dinner. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 2Manali to Jispa/Billing via Atal Tunnel

After breakfast, kick off your Leh Ladakh bike expedition via the spectacular Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel. Arrive at Jispa or Billing, hand over your bike to the road captain, and unwind at your Swiss Camps. Dinner and overnight stay included.

Day 3Jispa to Sarchu via Baralacha La Pass

Enjoy breakfast and ride through stunning landscapes, crossing the high-altitude Baralacha La Pass (16,043 ft). Stop at Darcha, Zingzing bar, Suraj Taal, and Deepak Taal—a photographer’s paradise. Arrive at Sarchu, hand over your bike keys and relax at your camp. Dinner and overnight stay in Swiss Camps.

Day 4Sarchu to Leh – A Scenic Expedition

Fuel up with breakfast and start your ride to Leh, crossing Nakeela Pass, Lachulung La, Tanglang La, and More Plains. Reach Leh Ladakh, hand over your bike, and check into your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 5Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

After breakfast, ride to the majestic Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, one of the world’s highest motorable roads. Visit Diskit Monastery, see the iconic Buddha statue, and enjoy a camel safari in Hunder sand dunes (optional). Stay overnight in Nubra. Dinner included. 

Day 6Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso via Shyok River/Wari La

Post breakfast, ride along the scenic Shyok River or the adventurous Wari La Pass to reach Pangong Lake. Enjoy the stunning turquoise waters and peaceful surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay near Pangong Lake.

Day 7Pangong Tso to Hanle via Rezang La Memorial

Begin the day with breakfast and head toward Hanle via Chushul, stopping at the Rezang La War Memorial. Catch views of the mysterious Black Mountain, and if time allows, visit the Hanle Observatory. Dinner and overnight stay in Hanle.

Day 8Hanle to Umling La & Demchok (Weather Permitting)

Ride to Umling La Top, the highest motorable road in the world, and, if weather permits, explore the remote Demchok Village along the India-China border. Return via Loma Bend and settle in at Nyoma or Hanle. Dinner included.

Day 9Nyoma/Hanle to Leh via Chumathang

Post breakfast, head back to Leh, stopping at Mahe Bridge, Chumathang hot springs, and the beautiful Thiksey Monastery. Visit the Rancho School (featured in “3 Idiots”) before reaching your hotel in Leh. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 10Leh to Sarchu

Return Journey Begins After breakfast, ride through the scenic yet familiar route via Tanglang La and Lachung La passes. Cross into Himachal Pradesh, hand over your bike at Sarchu, and relax for the evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11Sarchu to Manali – Final Ride

Start early and enjoy your final leg of the Ladakh road trip. Reach Manali, return your bike, and celebrate the completion of your adventurous journey. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.

Day 12Manali to Delhi | Departure

After breakfast and hotel checkout by 10 AM, explore local Manali cafés and share memories with fellow travelers. Board your overnight Volvo to Delhi in the evening with unforgettable memories.

For Private (Standard & Deluxe) & Group Bookings: 7+ days after booking to 15 days before travel: 30% of the total cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.

0 to 15 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

Bookings made within 15 days of travel: No rescheduling or modifications allowed.

For Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel-Specific Bookings: No modifications or rescheduling permitted. Standard cancellation policy applies.

Force Majeure & Special Cases: In the case of force majeure (natural disasters, political disturbances, etc.), Xtraordinary Travel reserves the right to: Reschedule the trip Offer alternate itineraries.
