Inclusions

  • Complimentary Himalayan Bike with Fuel and Helmet.
  • Stay in pre-booked Deluxe hotels on a triple sharing basis. (double sharing for couples) Comfy stay in Swiss Camps with attached washrooms on triple sharing (double sharing for couples).
  • Buffet Breakfast will be available from Day 2 till Day 12 and Buffet Dinner will be available from Day 1 till Day 11.
  • The Bikes will be provided from Day 2 in the morning till Day 11 in the evening.
  • Bike permits and Inner Line Permits for all travellers.
  • All Permits for the highest motorable passes in the world - Khardung La and Chang La.
  • Fuel will be provided as per the route mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Services of an Experienced Road Captain and Motorbike Mechanic from Day 2 in the morning till Day 11 in the evening.
  • Services of the backup seat in a vehicle for a group of more than 10 motorbikes are restricted for exigencies 11.
  • First Aid Medical Kit and Oxygen Cylinder at dispersal with the Road Captain.
  • Facility to carry luggage in a separate vehicle restricted to 1 Rucksack/Duffle Bag of 60 Litres per Traveller (kindly refer to the schedule of charges for additional luggage).
  • Pre-booked Luxury Semi-sleeper Volvo Seats for travellers from Delhi to Manali on Day 0 (Zero).
  • Online Certificate on successful completion of the trip.

Exclusions

  • Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips, and Table Drinks, etc.
  • Any type of Insurance - Medical, Accidental, and Theft.
  • Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions”.
  • Pick-up or Drop - Airport, Railway station, or Bus Stop.
  • Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
  • In case Motorbike is dropped on the way - The cost incurred to transfer/tow, vehicle servicing or maintenance cost.
  • Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions.
  • Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/- for accidental damages or dropping back the bike, if in case you leave the bike in between the route before the end date of the trip.
  • Parking, Monastery, and Monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  • Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control Additional accommodation/food cost incurred due to any delay.
  • Applicable GST.
  • Anything that is not mentioned in the Inclusion sections.

  • Mobile Network: Only postpaid connections of Jio, Airtel, and BSNL work in the Ladakh region.
  • Breakfast on Departure Day: Availability of breakfast on the final day depends entirely on your departure timing.
  • Clothing & Gear: Carry sufficient warm clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for high-altitude terrain.
  • Luggage Recommendation: Limit your luggage to 60 liters, as you may need to carry it to backup vehicles, hotels, or camps.
  • Rate Variations: Prices are subject to change based on services or hotel modifications.
  • Any cost difference resulting from itinerary amendments, change in guest count, or hotel upgrades will be borne by the client.
  • Hotel Availability: Accommodations are subject to availability, In case a particular hotel is unavailable, a property of similar standard will be arranged.
  • Itinerary Flexibility: Xtraordinary Travel reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions, political unrest) without altering the total duration of the trip or compromising on service quality.
  • Local Hospitality: Hotels in Ladakh offer basic amenities due to the region’s challenging terrain and climate. They may not match luxury standards elsewhere, but the warmth and hospitality of Ladakhi people make up for it.
  • Health Advisory: Consult a physician before the trip. Carry essential medications and a personal first-aid kit.
Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Leh | Rest & Acclimatization for High Altitude

Your adventure bike expedition in Ladakh begins as you arrive in Leh, the heart of Ladakh. Transfer to your hotel and rest to acclimatize to the high altitude—a must-do for a safe and enjoyable Leh Ladakh bike trip.

Later, attend a briefing on the Ladakh road trip itinerary, safety protocols, and bike handovers. Enjoy a cozy dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2Ride from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass

Begin your bike trip to Ladakh with a ride to Nubra Valley, crossing the iconic Khardung La Pass—one of the highest motorable passes in the world.

Soak in panoramic views of the Karakoram Range and the stark beauty of Ladakh. On reaching Hunder, opt for a thrilling camel ride amidst the desert dunes.

Hand over your bike keys to the road captain post-ride. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 3Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso via Shyok River or Wari La

Post-breakfast, embark on a rugged off-road adventure through the remote routes of Shyok River or Wari La Pass.

Reach the breathtaking Pangong Tso, known for its ever-changing blue hues and cinematic beauty (yes, it’s a 3 Idiots filming location in Ladakh!).

Settle in by the lakeside for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4Pangong to Hanle via Rezang La War Memorial

After breakfast, start your ride towards the lesser-known gem of Hanle, stopping by Chushul to visit the emotional and historic Rezang La War Memorial, commemorating the heroes of the 1962 war.

Enjoy majestic views of the Black Mountains en route.

Arrive in Hanle, home to India’s highest observatory. If time permits, visit before 4 PM. Dinner and stay under a stunning star-lit sky in Hanle.

Day 5Ride to Umling La Top and Demchok – Borderland Thrills

Start the day with breakfast before riding to Umling La, the highest motorable road in the world, pushing the boundaries of adventure.

 If weather allows, ride onwards to Demchok Village near the India-China border, offering surreal views of the India-China River.

Return via Loma Bend, soaking in the raw Himalayan landscape. Dinner and overnight in Nyoma or Hanle.

Day 6Journey from Nyoma/Hanle to Leh via Chumathang

Ride back to Leh, stopping by iconic highlights:

The Mahe Bridge – a symbol of resilience.

Chumathang hot springs – ideal for a natural dip.

The revered Thiksey Monastery with its panoramic views.

The popular Rancho School, another 3 Idiots filming location in Ladakh. Reach Leh by evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7Local Sightseeing in Leh

  • For Private (Standard & Deluxe) & Group Bookings:
  • 7+ days after booking to 15 days before travel: 30% of the total cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.
  • 0 to 15 days before travel: A 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Bookings made within 15 days of travel: No rescheduling or modifications allowed.
  • For Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel-Specific Bookings: No modifications or rescheduling permitted. Standard cancellation policy applies.
  • ⚠ Force Majeure & Special Cases:

In the case of force majeure (natural disasters, political disturbances, etc.), Xtraordinary Travel reserves the right to reschedule the trip or offer alternate itineraries. These actions are intended to ensure the safety and well-being of both clients and staff.

  • Cancellation After Rescheduling: If a client reschedules a trip but later decides to cancel, our standard cancellation policy applies, and any rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.
